MGM properties definitely a step up for gaming!!! We did hear that the casino isn’t getting much foot traffic or casino action and now I know why. I guess $5000 isn’t necessarily a lot in gambling but would be nice to be welcomed or offered to come back. We ended up going to the Aria and gambled and was rated and given offers of a free room and dinner because we did gamble over $5,000. Tried to contact a casino host because I did gamble a few thousand but to no avail. The sports bar is average but charges you like a nightclub would. All the food court is Asian except for one burger and one bbq joint so 2 out of twelve.
The hotel is beautiful but everything is Asian. This also happened to my niece who also booked the Conrad. So basically got switched by their choice. When I arrived at the counter was told my reservation for the Conrad was actually at the Hilton but I did reserve the the Conrad through their website. The check in was a nightmare with huge lines and little staff. The hotel itself is new, clean and has great amenities.
